We actively seekopportunities to work with our operating patners to advance sustainabiity initiatives with the goal of aiding communities to thrive both duringmining operations and beyond. in light of this, we have partnered with the shurugwi Community Empowerment Trust and set uo a Uss300.000Mining Centre that willenable artisanal miners to unlock more value from their ore. The Trust has ful ownership and manages the iling Centre.

Other initiatives we have fostered to shape better livelihoods for the community we operate in include：

Road rehabilitation in partnership with the Ministry of Transport and InfrastructuralDevelopment to reduce accidents on current winding roads by constructingstraight roads which are safer and improve access to major highways;

Drilling of two boreholes to ensure that our community has access to safe drinking.water, Before this, they had to travel very long distances to access clean waterbecause the nearby rivers had been contaminated by chemicals used by artisanalminers;

Donation of an ambulance and hospital beds to the local district hospital toenhance our community's healthcare system;

Supporting people living with disabilities and orphans in the surroundingcommunity and neighboring schools. We give them a chance to live their dreams;

Having a good rapport with our community is a top priority. We periodically holdstakeholder engagement meetings to better understand their needs and they inturn have an appreciation of our business and intentions to transform their livesthrough job creation and sustainable community initiatives.
